Safe Corporate Gifting

Gifting, Safely

The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically changed all of our lives and the ways we interact with each other, so it’s no surprise that corporate gifting has been affected as well. What does the future of safe corporate gifting look like during these challenging times and beyond? And is it safe to send gifts to event attendees? The short answer: YES. Here’s what you need to know.

CDC Considerations

According to the CDC, while it is possible for the virus to spread surface to surface (such as by handling packages), it is rare for this to occur. The main mode of transmission is respiratory droplets from someone talking, sneezing, or coughing. This is why social distancing is so important. Staying out of close contact with another person greatly reduces the chance of infection. While the risk of transmission via surface contact is very low, Eventure has taken extra precautions at our facility to ensure the safety of our associates, clients, and your attendees.

Increase in Safety Measures

At Eventure, we have a variety of best-in-class safety standards in place. First, all employees must undergo a temperature check before entering our facility. Our employees are also required to wear masks and gloves when on the packing floor. We ensure that the contents of our boxes have never been touched by a human hand while in our facility. Additionally, we follow CDC recommendations by adhering to social distancing guidelines, providing hand sanitizer stations, and requiring frequent handwashing in order to further eliminate any risk to employees or attendees. These measures are a part of our safety guarantee. We want to ensure that all components of the gift boxes are packaged with care in order to provide safe corporate gifting.

Wellness is Trending

Beyond packing the boxes with safety in mind, the components of these boxes can also promote the health of the recipient. A trend in corporate gifting solutions is incorporating health and wellness components into the package. Traditional gifting solutions may include a branded mug, t-shirt, or snack. At Eventure, all of those options are available, and we offer unique items, such as masks, hand sanitizer, and gloves. If included in a welcome gift for a live event, these items could then be utilized in order to promote safety at the in-person event. Or if sent to a virtual meeting attendee, recipients can use the gift’s contents for their own daily routines, such as going to the grocery store safely. In addition to these coronavirus-specific items, there is also a push for gifts that include general health-improving components. Whether it be a free virtual yoga class, a healthy snack, or even a fruit-infusing water bottle, Eventure is pushing the corporate gifting industry toward more health-conscious offerings.

Whatever the contents of the package, the good news is that gifting is still a safe way to make your attendees feel appreciated. While the future of corporate gifting solutions may be different than we ever could have anticipated, it’s comforting to know that there are still viable options for companies to delight their employees through delivery. Eventure stands ready to assist with your gifting needs regardless of where your event is occurring!
